Every name here is on this page because its owner ticked a box. Nothing is listed by default, and turning it off takes one request. What you see is the name and whether it takes Lightning. Not the address, not what anyone has been paid.
A directory of who holds a payment name is itself a disclosure, which is why it is opt in and why it carries as little as it can. The change log is the opposite case and lists everything, because there the point is that we cannot hide anything.

And these are on their own domains
Names nobody here runs. We publish nothing for them, we cannot change them, and there is no change log of ours covering them, because there is no act of ours to record.
An entry below says exactly one thing: on the date shown, whoever answers DNS for that domain published a challenge record we asked for, and the payment name itself resolved and validated. Nothing more. A proof goes stale after 90 days and the entry drops out on its own, because domains change hands and a listing is a claim about the present.
