Every name here is on this page because its owner ticked a box. Nothing is listed by default, and turning it off takes one request. What you see is the name and whether it takes Lightning. Not the address, not what anyone has been paid.

A directory of who holds a payment name is itself a disclosure, which is why it is opt in and why it carries as little as it can. The change log is the opposite case and lists everything, because there the point is that we cannot hide anything.
